These exercises again focus on flexibility in motion using multiple parts of the body while intensely working on upper body and core strength.  

Begin by walking out to plank position and delivering a Hindu Push Up, repeat the push up for the duration of the exercise. 

The second exercise you will need a stick (broom stick works), begin by holding the stick perpendicular to one side of your body. Rotate the torso so that the stick is now on the opposite side and bring the stick around and above your head, swinging back to the side of your body. Repeat on the opposite side. It feels amazing!  

Each exercise is done for 30-60 second for 3 rounds (or more) with breaks in between.  You can mix and match this exercise with any other exercise block in any other Element Workout in the Online Studio.
