This exercise focuses on fluid motion of multiple parts of the body while intensely working on biceps and core strength. 

  • Affix light to mid weight bands to a lower level securely separated at shoulders width apart.
  • Bicep curl with the bands to tension while raising one knee and squeezing the core. Repeat this on the other side. 

This exercise is done for 30-60 second for 3 rounds (or more) with breaks in between or more if required.
