This exercise uses lighter bands attached securely at mid level. 

Step back into a lunge while doing a tricep extension then repeat on the other side.

The exercise is done for 30-60 seconds for 3 rounds (or more) with 30 breaks in between or more as required.  Remember you can mix and match this exercise with any other block in the Online Studio.
