The exercise in block 2 is all about intensity. 

  • Attach the mid to heavy weight band at mid level securely. 
  • Pull the band to tension, squat and repeat.
  • Step to the side and repeat the exercise after full rotation to one side, continue the exercise stepping to the other side in the same manner. 

Each exercise should be done for 30-60 seconds for 3 rounds (or more) with 30 second breaks in between. 

You can also mix and match this exercise with any other block in any other Element Workout
