The first block in this workout has one intense exercise working multiple parts of the body at once in fluid motion.

Attach the band to a secure place at mid range. Press out with one arm while doing a lunge and kneel,  turn and repeat on the other side.

This exercise should be done for 30 -60 seconds for 3 rounds (or more) with 30 second breaks or more as required. You can also mix and match this exercise with any other block in any other Element Workout.
