There are three exercises in block 4.  

The first exercise, begin with feet shoulder width apart and dumbbells at each side. Shoulder Press upward, control on the way down stopping at ear level, rotating dumbbells inward to the centerline of the body and then reverse direction and begin again with the Shoulder Press. Do anywhere from 8 - 12 repetitions.

The second exercise, begin with feet shoulder width apart and dumbbells at each side. Raise one dumbbell to a little higher than 90 degrees and hold, bring the other upward into a Bicep Curl slowly and lower slowly with control. Switch sides after 8 - 12 repetitions.

The third exercise, begin with feet shoulder width apart and dumbbells at each side. Raise the dumbbells up and behind the head.  Deliver a Tricep Extension slowly with control lower slowly and with control. Repeat for 8 - 12 repetitions.

Each exercise is done for 30-60 second for 3 rounds (or more) with breaks in between.  You can mix and match this exercise with any other exercise block in any other Element Workout in the Online Studio.

Block 4

There are three exercises in block 4.
