These exercises again focus on stamina using multiple parts of the body while intensely working on upper body and core strength.  

The first exercise begins with legs shoulder width apart, raise your knee and circle the leg clockwise step out and circle the leg other leg counter-clockwise. Repeat starting with the opposite leg. Engaging the core while you circle each leg.

Each exercise is done for 30-60 second for 3 rounds (or more) with breaks in between.  You can mix and match this exercise with any other exercise block in any other Element Workout in the Online Studio.
