For the Earth Workout you will need a Bosu Ball, PhysioBall, Weighted Ball, Bench, Exercise Mat, Resistance Bands and Dumbbells.

Earth is about your ability to maintain homeostasis, mentally and physically helping to react appropriately in any situation, improving awareness and coordination.
Each Element Workout has all the aspects of a balanced workout, fluidity, flexibility, stamina, balance and strength but the focus in this workout is on developing balance.
